Right of withdrawal
1. Introduction
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their independent professional activity.
2. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods. We also ask for a statement and, if necessary, evidence (video, photos).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Kuddlehero, by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period. Please contact us before you wish to return anything. The address in the legal notice (imprint) is not the return address, and no returns are accepted there.

After handing over the parcel at the post office, please send us the receipt with the tracking number.

After receipt of the parcel, we will refund the purchase amount of the product within 2–3 days.
3. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than seven days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than seven days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the seven-day period.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Evidence is also required (posting receipt with tracking number from the post office). Once we have received the goods, you will be refunded the purchase price of the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
