Shipping Costs

We cover the shipping costs for all orders within the DACH countries, the USA, and the United Kingdom. Your products are delivered directly to your home completely free of charge — with no minimum order value required.

Processing and Shipping Your Order

Have you found your favorite item with us? We’ll make sure it reaches you as quickly as possible! As soon as we receive your order, we immediately begin processing and shipping it.

Average delivery times are as follows:

  • After your order is received, we require 1 to 2 business days for processing. In most cases, this is completed within one business day; orders placed over the weekend may take slightly longer.

  • Once processing is complete, your package is shipped and typically arrives within 4 to 9 business days.

After placing your order, you will receive a personal tracking number via email. This allows you to check the current status of your shipment at any time through our shipping partner. 

Delivery of Your Order

Once your package has arrived, we hope you enjoy your purchase! If there is an unexpected issue or if you would like to exchange or return an item, you can find all relevant information on our returns page.

Product Arrived Damaged?

We’re sorry to hear that! In rare cases, an item may be damaged during shipping. If this happens, we will send you a free replacement the first time. In the event of a repeated issue, we will refund the full purchase price.

Please make sure you have selected the correct variant. Once everything is correct, proceed by clicking “Checkout.” On the information page, enter your correct delivery address and carefully review all details. Then click “Continue to Shipping.”

Select your preferred payment method and click “Complete Order.” You will then be automatically redirected to the payment processing page. If you experience any unexpected issues during checkout, please feel free to contact us!

Shipment Lost?

If your package is lost or cannot be delivered due to logistical reasons, we will first send a free replacement. If your order has not arrived within 60 days of shipment, you will receive a full refund.
