Return and Refund Policy
1. Return Period
You may return products within 14 days after delivery.
2. Returns – Process in 5 Steps

Contact us at support@kuddlehero.com to receive all information required for a return.

Please provide your order number (starting with #) and the reason for the return.

We will send you all the information you need to know for the return.

After handing over the parcel at the post office, you must send us the posting receipt and the tracking number so that we can track the parcel at any time.

As soon as the parcel arrives at our warehouse undamaged, you will be refunded the purchase price within 2–3 days.
3. Defective Products
Please contact us at support@kuddlehero.com and inform us about the issue.
Please send us a short video showing the damage.
After receiving the video and clarifying the situation, we will send you a free replacement.
You must inform us within 14 days after receiving the goods.
4. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, this is only possible within the period during which your order has not yet been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel the order. We recommend informing us of the cancellation within 30 minutes after placing your order.
5. Important Information
The address stated in our legal notice (imprint) is not the return address. The address shown on your parcel is also not the return address, as it is merely the address where DHL receives the parcel for delivery. If you send your parcel to either of these addresses, no one will be able to accept it, and unfortunately we will not be able to issue a refund.
